I ordered a cooler on the 25th of October when I was promised delivery within 7 days. Anyway, after 12 days of waiting I cancelled my order(Cancellation no. SR05111500857.) and I was told I will get a confirmation email next day and then the refund in 7 days(I don't know why it would take that long). Still I haven't received any email confirmation and every time I call them they tell me they would call me within two hours and never do!(This actually happened about 5 days in a row)
I have been calling them since that day and all they tell me is that it is being processed we will let you know by the end of the day. and again they never call!
They are just a bunch of liars and have no idea what they are doing .
I have fallen into this, but you can save yourselves the aggravation and frustration.
