I had been to Croma, Belapur on many occasions in 2011 and 2012 . Over these period I have seen that the staff there has lost any interest in selling the products . Earlier , the store used to live up to their ad catch phrase". We help you to buy ". However now I have noticed that the staff appears to be quite bored with explaining to people about a product and behaves as if they are not interested in whether you buy or not .
I had gone two times in the past six months.
First to buy an LED TV.The staff was very reluctant in explaining the features . Later on recently in Aug 2012 , I had gone for buying an Ipad. Even after calling for somebody to explain the product specs and prices to me , none of the staff was ready to come forward. I conveyed my displeasure to the floor manager and left the store. Later on I purchased the TV as well as Ipad from a local store near my house.
It is disgusting that a Tata enterprise has got such staff . Shame on you guys at Croma , Belapur !
