I visited 2 times here. First to purchase Zen Stone MP3 Player and its charger. The price of charger was Rs. 500 and when I reached home, I found it was not working. I went there after a week to change it. But they refused to change it and said, you must have come within 3 days of the date of purchase. I threw the charger in dustbin and bought a new one from another shop.
My second visit: I went there last week to purchase some blank DVDs. When I started to burn one of the blank DVDs, I found it was not blank and not writable. Because there was already some Tata document in it.
Now I have decided that I would never go there to purchase anything.
