I purchased croma 3G tab (product ID 175298) on 8 June 2014 from Rajajinagar Bangalore.With in one month there was an PCB board problem, external storage was not getting recognized along with touch pad issues.


I have taken it back to the dealer, where I purchased the tab on 5 July 2014.They have received the tab for service with request  GAN NO:-BAN050714WS00010.I keep contacting croma, but their response is very bad.
