Hello Shoppers,
If you are placing any online order from Croma.com, Be cautious, It may be canceled by store people or U might get a call saying "we won't give you this product, your ordered item is out of stock.". And they will not even request!
If such is the case, how come the website show items are in stock! and how come they call after placing an order from croma.? are they playing with Customers money? and They tell you that, they will refund in few working days. I dont know how many months!
To be clear, I placed an order in croma.com, It was very clear that items are in stock. After placing order, I waited for 2-3 days, they got a call from customer idiot, saying "no stock, we can give you only one product", when I didn't agree with that, he again called me next day and said "None of the products will be delivered to you". I got shocked when he said that. He was so arrogant!
For No reason, No mistake of mine, I got this gift from Croma. It's all their mistake, and i'm the one who got stuck in between. As of now, I have registered complaint in Consumer Forum, Hope I get justice.
For buyers, Pls guys before placing an order, check in other retail websites, buy there. Not here for sure!
You don't know you might get damki from store people.
