Customer service is extremely poor. Not expected from a TATA enterprise.
I bought a LG waterfilter on 18 Oct from Croma at ORR Maratahalli and paid by cheque, requested initially to deliver on 24th. Since I have some work on 24th, on 21st I called them to request delivery on 22nd. I was informed that cheque clearance takes 4 working days(really!) and it will be delivered only after cheque is cleared, I will get an update soon.
I checked my account on 22nd and noticed that cheque has been encashed on 21st! I called them on 23rd morning to request delivery and was told they will get back urgently. In the evening I called back again and again the response was "we will respond within 24 hrs". I requested to talk to the supervisor but that person was busy and did not even call back to give me an update. So 6 days after purchase I still don't have the product. This will be my first and last purchase from Croma.
