Bangalore. I wanted to buy an IPAD 2, rather book it and then pick it later as I knew. it was only on booking.
The store in Rajajinagar, did not know what I was talking, asked me to check in Koramangala. I visited their store in Jayanagar, the guy there refused to attend, he was not keen on selling, maybe the margin is too low, but promised that he would get me my IPAD 2 in 10 days. I next went Koramangala, next to FORUM, here the Apple Guy was there and extremely helpful unlike the staff at CROMA.
I was promised 10-15 days for delivery by CROMA, so booked paying in full. On the 15th day, after calling them 8-10 times, they mentioned that it would take 3-4 days, after 4 days they again said that it will be there the next day. Promptly the next day I went to the store, there was none to deliver, my refund cheque was ready. The store Manager did not have the courtesy to meet me nor the Customer Service Manager for Bangalore, Neha, did not return my call. The store manager did give me gyan saying that he would get to know the stock arrival only after he opened the box, not sure if TATA is in 1960-70 or 2011.
I would sincerely advice, not to deal at CROMA
