I had bought a LG washing machine from croma store and also taken a extended warranty for the same. In the extended warranty period the machine developed some problem and I am not getting the expected support from the Croma service(SR29031500412 & claim#164217).
On the first call the customer care said that you will be contacted by the extended warranty claims dept in 3 working days. From there I got the claim number and another 3 working days for the technical guys to call me. When I did not get the call, I contacted the customer care, there I got the response that they will call me and still no call or resolution to my problem.
I am getting tired of calling croma customer care; if I would hav called the LG directly my issue would have been solved but as I wanted to use my extended warranty, the croma people are not providing me support. Beware of this guys as at selling time they push for extended warranty, but when time comes for claim processing they don't provide any support.
