I have purchased this product in 2013, it washes clothes but it takes lots of time and in a month the water inlet always faces problems as small particals of water algae sticks in the inlet so the wash cycle can get delayed even for a day.if not attained properly, it is durable and can be cleaned, style and design are not that good, service and support from croma is very laidback and lethargic.So I do not recommend this product go for samsung or whirlpool, Croma even gave mr a laundary bag and an iron kit with it which were also not durable
