I got an Essilor Crizal A2 lens made by using I Plus Opticians(cope with: 603, 1st go, C Block, AECS format, Kundanahalli, Bangalor - 37) on twenty third October’10. The shopkeeper bought it to me announcing that is a fibre glass and with functions like anti scratch, anti reflective, dirt repellent and non breakable being fibre glass. All this inclusive of frame made at a charge of Rs.3450/-.
Today on 26th October’10 as my wife changed into retaining the spectacles in her hand the lens just broke. now not sure if the shopkeeper sold me a fibre specs or a tumbler specifications, however all that within the call of Essilor Crizal A2 and sure he gave me a authenticity card too. Now the shopkeeper Mr. Mohan(Mob. No. 9141702414) refuses to update pronouncing the glass is inclined to break despite the fact that simply held in hand. Is that Essilor stands for? i'm higly upset with Essilor and I Plus Opticians Bangalore Regards
