This is a series of crimes happening in India which we dont even know exists in are society. I believe the stories are genuine but there are few problems with the procedures they show in the episodes.
Im a law student and obviously can understand the sections and procedures which are being shown in the episodes.
Although the storylines and concept is quite genuine I believe but the procedures are very misleading and against the set procedure according to law!
In most of the episodes it is being showed that the accused agrees that they are gulity and gives statement to police officers which is not admissible evidence under Indian Evidence Act!
I strongly criticise this and recommend that they atleast specify which rank officer is taking the evidence!
