Thundering XI. Review on Cricket World XI

After listing my XI on football the best thing in the world I thought what to write on next, well what is the next best thing in this world?? good ol' cricket.Being an indian I gotta be an ardant follower of the game.So its time of the cricket XI.Eleven nuclear weapons of mass destruction!!

Here we go....

Adam Gilchrist : He is the DYNAMITE who can make the opposition's bowlers feel like they are termites.The best wicket  keeping batsman ever and withdoubt any doubts is a match winner.Gilchrist can hit the ball to the moon and make the oppositon swoon.The first one to get a place in my Thundering XI.

Stephen Fleming : The saviour who plays the role of a SHIELDprotecting his team from attacking invasions and theats of deafeat.Master in finding gaps and frustrating the bowlers and is the biggest enemy of opposition fielders when he gets going.

Fleming is the captain of my world XI.

Ricky Ponting : My BAZOOKA..wait wait wait..dont get me wrong I mean Ponting is like a Bazooka as he is alone sufficient to shatter and take away the life of any bowling line up in the world destroying perhaps any thing he comes across, a gem of a fielder..very few times do we see balls getting past him in the field and also comes under the list of spectacular fielders cricket has seen till date.

Brain Lara :  The SHOT GUN which can spoil the fun of the bowlers .His record speaks for itself, i would call him a legend and would be disrecting him if not given an edmission in my World XI.

Yuvraj Singh :  He is the LANDMINE..  and for the right reasons .Yuvi takes away the game with surprise, keeping the bowlers dazed, a batsman who loves the swift deliveries and bowler take careful steps while bowling to this guy as he can turn matches...oh yess we have seen that so many times haven't we??

Sanath Jayasurya :  One adjective for this man  FIRE EXTINGUISHER .. can shatter the morale and douse the fire of Flaming bowlers and a big contributor to big totals.

Shaun Pollock :  He is the SNIPER... "accurate" bang on target, usually targets the middle stumps and frustrates the batsmen forcing them to make mistakes. When it comes to batting well the Bat is his bullet and the ball his target..yet again a pure pinch hitter and difficult to be kept quiet.

Daniel Vettori : He is theTEAR GAS  .. batsman cry losing belief and his captain takessighs of relief.A master spinner and can bat well too .His bowling is a key in decreasing the fast scoring teams and minimising their run rates, has is a reputed partnership breaker.

Shane Warne : Sir Warney cannot just be left out I think for whatsoever reason. He can be called the GRENADE.As he can cause multiple damages to the batsmen, his morale, mental balance with his googlies and is perhaps one of the most loved and adored Austrailian cricketers.

Shane Bond :  MACHINE GUN   whatelse??  everything is just so cool yet powerful about this guy from his name to his stature and ohh his deliveries are like bullets.The batsmen feel the pain when he reigns blows to their Brain.If you get away from one the next one will getcha.My opening bowler along with..

Brett Lee :  THE LETHAL WEAPON.. whatelse can be more devastating than this warrior teaming up with theMachine gun BONd... as the second opening bowler.Brett Lee is the cause of heart attacks for many stalwarts of the bat..i think there are very few batsman who wont be terrorised by his name.

Andrew Flintoff : THE WEAPON  X ..he can fill any vacancy..be it a regular batsman or a regular bowler ..Freddie is fit for anyplace anytime..I think you can BANK ON IT!! **So..Flintoff is my substitute.
