I have used Crest for years. The results in a nutshell--I have never had a cavity in my 43 years. I average going to a dentist about once every 8 years. One time, the hygenist said: "
Why are you even here? Your teeth don't even need cleaning." I usually brush twice a day--sometimes more, sometimes less. I have always been told to use a toothpaste that has the statement from the American Dental Association on the tube, which all Crest products have. It says something to the effect of "the ADA has found that this toothpast can be of significant value when applied in a regular program of daily dental care" or something. I don't know how much of my good dental health can be attributed to Crest products and how much is attributed to inherently good teeth, but I figure that toothpaste that has been on my tootbrush hasn't hurt, and has probably had at the very least has something to do with it.
P.S.--I dont' eat sweets
