I have a series of bad experience with them.
1) I booked the bike once paying 999 and then just one hour before the visit, they call and tell me the bike has been sold. What does the word "reserve" mean? They give some lame reason that the bike owner sold it. Who cares how Credr deal with the seller? Once they commit, its a commitment. Moreover, its almost 3 weeks still they have not refunded.
2) Reserved another bike paying 1000 again, checked it in person and had a deal with Credr and owner to take the bike next day after fixing few engine issues. They asked me to come next day, I went there after travelling 15 kms, no one responds or answers the call. So came back after waiting for an hour there and spending 500 bucks on cab.
3) Checked out another bike on website and had an agreement to visit it at a store. After travelling 12 kms to the shop, the seller claims the price to be 38K but the online price if 29K. Another disappointment.
CredR is nothing but time waste, energy waste and money waste.
And still fighting to get back my advance amount.:(
