Company full of frauds and Money eaters. Review on Credit Sudhaar

We would like to clarify that we have not been able to find a person with the name Dev in our employee list. However, in response to the concerns raised by you we would like to state the following:


Credit Sudhaar is an advisory company that extends help to people on manage their credit health. The advisory is extended purely on basis of the data available on an individual’s credit report. Since inception we have served innumerable customers across the country. Many customers who have enrolled with have been referred to us by our existing or earlier clients which is a testimony to the customer orientation.


As mentioned above, we have not been able to identify you with the name since it does not exist in our employee database. Hence we would not be able to comment on your integrity, performance, transfer within the organization. But we would definitely like to mention that all employees have to maintain certain level of performance matrix from customer orientation perspective. Any concern on this front is not acceptable to us. In case you have certain instances where someone has not followed the laid down guidelines, we shall be more than willing to take note and take action against the staff who is faltering.


The allegation of us selling data base is completely baseless. We maintain strict standards of data privacy and no data is shared with anyone.


We have laid down HR policies and these are applicable to all employees irrespective of hierarchy


In respect to holding salary, at Credit Sudhaar, we have never ever faltered on the pay day. All employees get paid without delay and in full on the pay day. Without knowing your details, it would not be possible to give you details on salary.


In respect to the PF, every employee is provided with the PF account number which is also printed on the monthly payslips. No employer can stop the existing or erstwhile employees from having access to the PF. However, there is a process that one needs to follow to withdraw his PF. Please get in touch with our HR in case you need any assistance.
