Have had This card for 5 years - No Problem
Card expired 4/2010
New card didn't arrive
Have had multiple contact(email and phone since 3-15-2010)
I'm on disability and have all funds direct deposited to the card on the 3rd of the month
No new card yet, "It's in the mail", is their reply
They will not do anything to give me access to my money, "you'll have to wait on your card"
(Can't reactivate expired card, can't wire transfer to another account, can't overnight a card)
They stole my disability, which is my only income and the only funds I have
I have rent, water, electric, phone, prescription medication etc all do(no Money)
They don't care!
Electric will be disconnected, have to plead with landlord, maybe with out meds I'll croak and they won't have to deal with me(BP, heart meds, Plavix, anti-biotics)
Don't deal with Wired Plastic.
