I paid theICICI credit card bill to the Cred app through UPI on 9th October but payment was not showing in the Cred app / Credit card bill is still pending , I connected to the bank & the bank said my transection is done successfully, Need refund, Someone from cred can help me for the same.

Cred app has no call centre so not able to connect & chat board is not user friendly, There is no option to write the issue , please help..
