Its been more than 2 decades and it is still growing strong, steady as a pillar and always delivering 100% satisfaction to the customers who come to enjoy a delightful sumptuous meal and that also at a very affordable rate. Just recently this restaurant was fully renovated and I must say the ambience is quite chilling.
Food-It goes without saying that the channa bhatura at CC truly mesmerizes me or anyone who orders it, I still have not eaten channa bhatura as divine and as lovely as the one out here. Please order one channa bhatura even if you do not like them and I can bet you that you will like it from the day you have one out here. Earlier whenever I used to go to the restaurant I would never try one as thought it was too common and would always try something unique, but one day my mom insisted me to have one chole bhature and from that moment I always changed my mind and would order only chole bhature. So much for the chole bhature now about the other stuffs in the menu you can start your meal with their selected starters again onion rings are amazing, they also have chaats which are small in quantity but relishing, also there are other starters to get the mouth watering. Now comes the meal, this is the most interesting part and they have cuisines like Lebanese, Mexican, Italian, and not forgetting our very own Indian. The menu is well designed which is also renovated, try the dal makhani which is tasty and also the tandoori paneer falafel which is chatpata. They also have pastas but do not expect too much from it. But as I said earlier order everything and for heaven's sake order one chole bhature, your meal will be complete. Finish your meal with decent desserts and beverages, the ice tea is also nice but not as good as the Lipton's, well thats a different story. Sitting here and just thinking will not make you feel good but going there and enjoying the meal will be truly an affair to remember.
Service-Expect a decent and well organised service, thats it about the service.
Ambience-Vibrant, spacious and comfortable, I just love visiting this place on a Sunday afternoon, it really makes you feel great.
I would like to tell people that please expect a huge crowd waiting on the busy days like Weekends and in the evenings, do not get surprised if you even have to wait for about 45 mins, but waiting will be worthwhile. Ideal thing to do is go early or go late but not during the peak hours.
