This site has a good collection of ethnic clothes, and very reasonable price but product quality is very bad, my sister had purchased a red saree from Craftvilla but fabric was completely different from what they have showed in advertisement .
There is no proper customer service no number to contact any one . Finally my sister had decided to keep that saree because she was unable get her money . The most important thing they are not accepting the negative feedback from customer side .
