I had very bad experience of shopping from this site. Few months back, I show an offer on this site for a ladies dress for my wife at unbelievable price.
I placed an order and when received the product, I was shocked to see the quality of it. It was nowhere to matching what they have shown in the picture. It was looking like a dumped itm from the garbage.
I tried to contact thei customer support center but unable to do so as its only available during weekdays ( govt shopping pirtal) . Some how I managed to get in touch via email and was asked to return at my own expense. How pathetic.!
I was fortunate to get refund but had to spend ?100 to return the faulty product.
Guys beware of it and never buy anything feom rhis site.
