I had a terrible experience with Craftsvilla. I bought a jewellery from their website and opted for cash on delivery. On the day of delivery in the morning I get a message from their courier partner Aramex and I have posted their message here that I have an option to pay online via Paytm. since I was not at home and my mother who is 70 years of age was alone at home, I decided to use the link and pay via Paytm the amount. After some time I got a message saying that the parcel has been delivered and payment via cash has been taken. I immediately call my mother who tells me that the courier person came, delivered the parcel and demanded the money. Since my mother was alone at home, she did not have any option but to pay as she was scared. Now I have made a double payment to Craftsvilla. I call them up and they ask me for proof of payment which I immediately email to them.
Now it has been 3 days and they keep writing to me both on FB as well as my email that they have only the cash payment, where I have shown them proof that Aramex has taken payment from me both by cash as well as Paytm. I am yet to get any resolution, their FB team asks me to call Customer care and customer care asks me to write emails.
Also to note, their FB team deletes all negative comments and posts them as spam, so that the same is not visible to others. This essentially means they dont want any negative comment on their page.
And yes, their product is damaged too!
