Prompt refund. Though the quality of the dress material is not good, I placed a request for refund. Immediately they collected the material and said they will arrange for refund within a week. I got my money back on the stipI ordered a product of Rs. 3969 and returned it on 10th Sep because the product was completely rubbish . I also updated my bank details for refund. According to them refund had been initiated on 12th Sep but yet I didn't received it. From 13th Sep I was dropping mail and calling them regarding this but I am getting excuses only. After 10 days I received a response as a proof of refund initiated still not completed. Everytime a new customer care executive asked me to wait 24 hours but still I didn't get any positive feedback from their side. I provided them my bank statements as well but they always.ulated date. Thanks craftsvilla. Very impressed
