My recommendation to everyone never buy any product from Craftsvilla. Recently, I had purchased a pendent from craftsvilla. When the shipping time comes they gave me shipment number to track my order. After few days later when I track my order and there it was showing that ur product has delivered but I didn't receive any product. then I called to customer care of craftsvilla they told me you have already received ur product and then I told them I haven't received any product. Then, they have cross checked and told me the courier service has not shown us POD(Proof of delivery). So wait for 3 days and if courier service was able to present POD, we will return ur money. Then after 4 days I again called to them they answer me we don't have POD so we are returning ur amount and it will credited to ur account into 10 to 15 working days. But its now 4 months had already been passed but I haven't receive my money. every time I called them they replied the same answer that "you have already received ur product". But still they do not have POD.


I have also raised a complaint against craftsvilla in consumer forum.
