I feel this review is:
I ordered a Shonaya Red Color Raw Silk Lehenga Choli. I was shocked to see the product when received. It was of a different color altogether and the stitching was torn from several places. I filed the return on Oct 13(#103245958) and followed up through several calls for a month. No one picked up the product and my money seems is gone forever. Now, recently I have moved to another location and customer care has declined that they will not collect it from new location. I've never had such a bad and pathetic experience of online shopping. Craftsvilla is a looter. Request people to not waste their money and get swayed by the fake pictures they use to sell cheap products.
