I appreciate the efforts of the staff of Mumbai Fort Office of Cox and Kings in assisting us to get the tickets for Srinagar for the trip next day.
It so happened that we had booked a package tour to Kashmir for 14th April 2012 through
Cox and Kings, Fort, Mumbai and the air tickets were booked through another agent, as we were getting a good price from that agent.
Unfortunately the agent, cancelled our confirmed flight ticket without any intimation to us. He
had cheated us but thats another story. We came to know just few hours before our
departure that our tickets for Srinagar and return are cancelled. We contacted the Cox n
Kings Fort Mumbai Office and they tried their best in arranging the tickets. Although, the flights were overbooked and no tickets were available for Srinagar.
The staff of Cox n Kings, Fort, Mumbai namely, Ms Diana, Umesh, Pankaj were very
courteous and helped us in the best of spirit. Otherwise any other travel company would
have shrugged the responsibility as it was not their problem. They finally did managed to
book our tickets and we went for the vacation.
We would like to thank Ms. Diana, Umesh, Pankaj, Riddhi and their superior staff of Cox and
Kings, Fort, Mumbai for the assistance and co-operation given to us in our time of difficulty,
