Worst for International trip and average for tour to India
I have experienced both USA trip and North India visit through Cox and Kings of Ahmedabad. Last I year I planned for Kashmir trip with Cox and they charged around Rs. 30, 000 for the same. In spite of several promises of travelling accommodation they make us walk to miles; especially after returning from tourist spot. Also, the guide was Gujrati who is not well known to the local language and communication is a big hindrance we felt there. Since, it’s a Kashmir, we had a nice experience visiting there.
Despite of their average service in India, this year we again chosen them for our trip to USA. But this was the worst decision that we made and just messed up our tour in unwanted communication and arguments. They are not adhere to the terms and promises they make in the start. Their staff is still local facing challenges there in foreign. We opted for vegetarian food and we didn’t find it up to the level we expected
