The device has a really big screen as compared to other media devices. The 4.3 inch screen might make you uncomfortable to handle by only one hand. The device has huge 32 GB internal memory, which is a big plus point. Now, for the cost cutting thing, they've tried to cut all costs in capacitive touch screen.
The screen is not feather touch, and requires almost hammering of fingertips. The user interface is laggy and slacky, but that's about it. You cannot expect much. The sound quality is really good, and video quality as well. The screen is actually good barring the touch thing. So, with a gigantic battery life, this player is really worth the price we pay.
