Plumpify blastPro by Lashblast Waterproof Mascara by CoverGirl doesn't provide nearly as much volume as it claims to do—so why the strong rating?
It lengthens, slightly curls, and separates lashes beautifully while adding a healthy does of drama, albeit not much in terms of dramatic thickness. Still, it's tenaciously waterproof and does enough right to deserve strong consideration—if you don't mind its extra-large brush!
