In my view a ROADSIDE BEGGAR is 100 percent better than this company's CEO (Rajiv Reddy and their team) who is doing business in completely UNETHICAL WAY.
He hires lot of uneducated youth and teach to beg/cheat in a profession ways.
The people so called Customer Managers are I think worst and not even school pass outs. They are none the less than local goons.
Useless, Shameless fellows. Before going further I will confirm, the country vacations team will reply to this with:

This is the standard reply they send. They formed auto message. That's all. Matter close. They are so shameless people, if you scold what ever you like and go extremes.they accept yes they are.
They are not human beings. They want only money money money once paid gone with the wind. (Controlling my words just for sake of control otherwise you can think whatever extremes you like).
No need to give specific details because they do same with each and every customer. My frustration went so high. If next time this Rajiv Reddy shows his thumbs up in Ads. cut his thumb with the scissor. A big Fraud and Joker who encouraging this type of business.
Believe me. They cannot sustain long. definitely a day will come so that he and his sons will be behind bars like so many big shots are now facing.
People please don't visit any sites for free gifts. If you go also just collect the gift and come out. Whatever they may think. Just control your emotions during their so called presentations. Show straight face and come out.
One of their customer executive himself says, you might be feeling pity on me. I am working for such organisation. He accepted there are no one who cares customer complaints.
Maximum they give is holiday packages for the amount you paid. Forcefully making us to pay amount and utilize holiday packages which comes with lot of conditions of course. He himself said you can go to legal with consumer complaints.
