I am a victim of Country Vacations India which promises dream holidays and land in Hyderabad. Recently I took a membership with them and gifted the very first holiday package as wedding gift to my friend. But when my friend and his wife landed at their Goa Resort, they were shocked to know that they can not stay in the resort because of some silly reasons the hotel official gave. Instead, they were made to stay at a dingy place near the resort and were asked to check in 3 days later. Their holiday was spoiled. After repeated calls to the executives of the co., I could get them a room in the resort after 2 days. My friend have given a very bad feedback about their services. He said the resort is good but they need to keep the promises which they make to lure memberships in their co.
My overall experience is bad and now I have asked them to refund my money as I do not want their membership. For me, first impression is the last impression. They have failed in the very first instance.
