As noted in many reviews, County Vacations is a fraud. I bought a membership in March 2008. I received the card in September 2008. I could not take any vacation in that period because they said I could take a vacation only if I had a card. Now when I wanted to take vacation in June 2009, I called their Pune office in March and they said we will book only 45 days in advance, when I called customer care in May they told to write an email. This I did, and received no reply. After repeatdly calling up the office I finally visite the office. There I was told that the resort I wanted was not available but a different one in the same city was. So I said ok, and the person sent an email to head office in hyderabad 4 days after that after repeated calls they tell me that even this in not available, please wait another couple of days and we will tell you if something else is available. How do I plan my vacation? when do I do the train bookings? They have to reefer everything to hyderabad in this age of internet. It take minimum 2 days for any answer is waht they themselves claim! I am going to cancel my membership
