Country Vacations had improved a lot in recent 8 months in customer service especially getting reservation on time & local customer care suddenly becoming much supportive & calling on birthdays, ann, events & regular information on available dates.
Good Effort from management to retain as challengers in market.if this continues then country vacations can be the best among other in providing holidays in suits as per customer financial convenience
I met lot of vips in customer care visiting branch regularly for audit
& support for customer satisfaction.i wish country vacations all the very best for their future endeavours.
