It’s an open cheating by this Holiday Seller, where they lure the potential customer by promising free 3 days holiday, force them to decide and buy their packages on the spot by offering lots of incentives and then just keep mum after receiving payment.
This incidence is from PUNE branch of Country Vacations. I have bought the “Country Vacations International Holiday Membership” from Country Vacations (A division of Country Club India Limited) on 17th December 2007 by paying the entire amount in one time payment.
They have promised that the membership card for country vacations and the lifetime free membership to Country Club would reach me within 15 days (although the agreement signed says 30 days). I waited till entire January 08 to get this membership card and nothing came to me. I started calling the executive Shaik Khader Basha who has given me the presentation. In the beginning he attended calls and promised it would come in a week, but later he didn’t pick my calls.
Then I started calling on office numbers and spoke to his manager Hemanth Raj Singh. He also very sweetly kept promising but nothing actually happened. After waiting for 100 days this way, I went to their office and gave a written cancellation request on 28th March 08. I took an acknowledgement also for the same. But nothing moved even then.
