I have ordered some fruits from country delight on 21st May'23 but by mistake the address mentioned was wrong. When delivery boy confirmed that he reached to destination I realised the address was incorrect hence I requested him not to deliver and reattempt the delivery but he said he has marked the order as delivered hence not possible to reattempt. He suggested to speak with customer service and he went back without delivery. I registered a complaint at the same time in customer service as my money already got deducted from wallet. They ensured me that amount will get refunded within 48 hours.
I have been following up with country delight by calling them on daily basis till no refund has been initiated. Every day a New agent pick the call and confirm that case is being escalated to higher authority. Since 21 May'23, till date no refund is initiated.
Bloody Thugs and irresponsible.
