I am a VIP membership customer, I had blocked the delivery slot upto 7:30am, when I knew product would get delayed and no one would be at home, I called the customer care and informed to cancel the todays order as the team delayed the delivery and to transfer it to next day as no one would be at home. Though I called personally and informed the customer care team who confirmed would communicate and take care, still the product was left at door 8:57am. It is really pathetic service of just dumping product without understanding the customer request.
