2nd review Post conversation with customer care team of Country delight:
It’s good to see that reviews gives impact. A nice platform where consumers can raise their concern and company’s has fear of having their reputation down. However I have seriously lost my faith on Country delight. Delivery of poor quality veggies and fruits have become quite common. High price, comparatively quite high, certainly a concern (quality of milk is good, and I must praise that, but price is not). And when company once starts feeling that consumer is addicted to their product and they can raise whatever price they wish to, are wrong in their mind. Ola and Uber had to move to their post paid plans for their regular customers looking at the current consumer behaviours. Hope every company takes a lesson on time.
Still disappointed by the company’s policy of blocking the delivery of their regular customers for a negative balance of hardly 800 Rs, when your consumer bills are 8 to 10 thousands per month on regular basis with regular payments.
