This is very unfortunate how you treat and mis-sell to your customers. I "was made" to make a payment of INR 40, 000/-(read 46, 000/- as it is a credit card payment) for the below purchase which is way different from what I expected. Please look into the below deviations I was told by your representative Sidhdharth at your DT Mall Gurgaon office, to mis-sell the below package: In view of this, I need my money back as a refund. Please initiate the same else I am ready to fight a legal battle in consumer court.




  • Inspite of our repeated request, we were not given any agreement paper with terms and conditions! Hence we had no choice but to believe whatever the representative told. They confirmed that the final agreement from CountryClub will have all these clauses as mentioned by him. - Representative proposed a specially discounted premium package of 25 years(say 25 weeks - 175 nights) vacation at a 10 year price for us which I grabbed considering it a one-time offer, as against this, I am getting only 70 nights, 10 year package - which will not suffice for a travel freak like me




  • Representative told me the "Blue category" is entitled for booking window 15-30 days while later I came to know that the actual window is 45-70 days - a straight case of over-selling and under-delivery




  • Representative mentioned a free access to all the CLUBS, EVENTS, FITNESS CENTERS of CountryClub through this package, however now I see, CLUBS are excluded!




  • Representative mentioned package price as INR1, 17, 000/- but after they swiped my credit card, they informed the total cost will be INR 1, 38, 000/- including the interest component. We have already raised our concern within few minutes of payment over the confirmation call from Country club. I am sure you have a way of tracking these confirmation calls at your end.




  • There were several instances of mis/overselling which we have discussed with the representative and hence we do not see this relation moving in right direction since beginning. Please initiate a refund at the earliest as we are made to pay the interest on this amount monthly.
