Luckily I did not get into Country Club membership. But my experience for the first meeting was very unpleasant.


I was contacted for their membership for which initially I denied due to my busy schedule and told meeting might not be possible and I do't want to call them for meeting and later might not be able to meet them. He said that our job sir, and no issues.


Since person insisted I told that we may meet up on Monday(24 Jul 17).


As per plan I informed their visiting executive that we may meet up at 1 PM. but due to some urgent meetings I could not meet them. As soon as I came out of meeting(3PM) I contacted Ms. Priyanka who was supposed to meet me and told that just came out of meeting and that's why could not pick up your call. I also informed her that once the meeting end in next 30 min I'll confirm the time for meeting.


But out of the blue some other person called me up(8178085493) and started using abusive language(go to hell and bla bla bla.)


Is this the kind of service you expect. I would rather recommend them to train their executives before they call customers. I am glad that I got to know the kind of people and service country club has before I block my 3 Lakhs.


Just wanted to let everyone aware by this incident that people are aware of the kind of staff they have hired.
