I got the call from Country Vacations about the lottery the information about we won the 15 prices from country vacation and she invite us to collect the price with my family at office in Connaught place Bbundgarden road, pune.
When we reached there, they are given us all the information of Country club and Holiday package.
After discussion they are forcefully made agreement of RS. 115000/- on this date 19.11.2016 of Six monthly EMI and At that time they ask me credit and card then swipe Rs. 57500/- and rest will be on six monthly EMI. When I searched about Country Vacations Club. There is too difference between their commitment and policy when I spoke with your Line Manager Mr. Anendd Kangralkar I unsatisfied with his answer. So I decided to breach the agreement with country vacations club.
Few of the point I come to this decision.
When we discussed about membership we decide to take the top best membership( Blue Member ship) but after agreement I got the SMS which I have got the ‘Thums up silver’ membership(CVPU1TCLUB5LB22882)
As per Line Manager Mr. Anendd Kangralkar all Hotels are not their won property and location is not match with the same and I have to pay for it which will be free of cost.
As per Manager Mr. Anendd Kangralkar Country vacation club location is in NIBM but it is in Undri. and it is not completed yet(Spa etc.).
About the remaining amount Rs.57500/- which will be a Six Monthly EMI now they are forced to me paid full amount otherwise you will not get the full facility and Gymkhana prices.
That’s way I feel fraud by Country Vacations and want to breach the contract with Country Vacations. Now I will log complain in Police station and Grahak Munch Pune.
