I've a membership from country club with number CCDL65BPCLUB30LB25640, availed on 22nd October'2016.


So far things committed and explained to me, according to that I was fully unhappy with my very first experience with country club membership. It forced me to shorten my holiday from 3 days 2 nights(from 28th Jan to 30th Jan) to 2 days 1 night(from 28th Jan to 29th Jan) only.


Here are bullet points:


Gatekeeper won't have their IDs, but have excuses stating gatekeeper during day time is having the same. I actually requested him to show, simply because of my wife and 4 years little daughter had afraid in evening as the way to resort was downstairs with no reverse road, while checking in.


While check-in, I needed to wait for 20 mins once I'd asked for a glass of water for my wife.


1 studio apartment(1 bedroom+ 1 lobby+ attached kitchen+ attached bathroom) was committed to me, but where I was staying(room no. 210), it was just a bedroom with attached bathroom and a balcony only. Because of no kitchen, I, with my wife, was missing the tea what we are fond of, and we won't be able to offer bournvita flavored milk to our little daughter. There was a welcome treat with cup of tea, which I asked them to makeup with only milk, ginger, and cardamom(elaichi); no water to be added. Still the tea provided to me was just to be unliked and I won't had that. And never asked them for tea again, not even with paranthas during breakfast.


Committed to me to enjoy all activities in resort for free, while they offered me Rs.1, 000 per member for only 4 adventure activities.


I was asking them for what else event or activity is there to avail. But all they were clueless. Only revealed the single thing, while checking out, that they have table-tennis and carrom board as indore games, but I prefered to leave only.


Resort guys were keeping all numbers of different service providers e.g. wild safari. But while working there since long, they are still just aware of timings and cost of safari. It was big surprising to me a lot.


Committed to me to avail 50% discount on food at resort, but I was forced to aishwaryasingh23 even(unwillingly) 10% service charges, with no discount on food. And about the rates, they confirmed me Rs.450 were be charged against 2 parantha and 2 omelette; so I choose to go with buffet in breakfast, which costs me Rs.460.


While checking out the room, resort team had created my video as my feedback. In video, I gave 1 star(out of 5), simply because of good food quality ONLY, and deduct 4 stars because of above said 8 points.


We're there to cele_45brate my daughter's birthday, which we cele_45brated in day end by coming back to my home location, Gurgaon, after travelling 8 hours.


I'd realized that there is no other place where we can feel homely, and I'd lost more than 2 lacs in such a stupidity. I'm spreading these words in my circle, not to go with such a membership.


As committed to me while purchasing this membership, please don't consider these days in my holiday day balance.


And help me to sale out this membership to someone, I can bear with some discount to him as well.

It's 4 months passed, had your ops. department tried to call me even once? or someone else from any department in country club?


I'm still waiting for resolution or at least a call. Can you please update me, what's progress on my complaint I'd registered on paper, then given feedback in video, and then over email.


Are you guys noticing this complaint?


I'm getting call for renewal of AMC! approx 100. But had someone called me to discuss on my very first experience on holidays.
