We bought the country club membership in 2009 in Gurgaon, paying lumsum amount of 1, 85, 000 in single shot, which was a club membership with free vacations as we were only interested for club not for vacations & the sales person named "Pradip" and his Manager "Shiva" sold this membership to us by giving false promise of launch of a club in 3 months time in Gurgaon as there was no branch of Countryclub in Gurgaon.Its being 3 yrs now there is no sign of any club of Countryclub here. When we went with this complaint to there office they tried to misguide us again, then there head suggested us to go to Delhi branch.


There we met Mr Vamsi (Cust Care Manager I believe) & explained the problem to him, he asked us draft a mail to him ccing it to Sales Head Gurgaon & promised us to look after the issue, but there was no response of that mail, post which my Husband sent the complaint to senior authorities of Hyderabad but mail was also ignored by BIG COUNTRYCLUB people.


We again went to its sales office, which is @ Sahara Mall in Gurgaon & again got a silly response from their team asking us for using Noida club???They want us to travel Noida from Gurgaon on daily basis..When we asked them to refund our money then each person sitting @ Countryclub replied that there is no refund policy, which was not intimated to us during sales time. In these 3 yrs span we have not received even the single call from their customtakeouter care dept on customtakeouter satisfaction thing, on top of it they are sending letters for payment on annual maintenance fees. How can they expect us to pay even a single penny for it, when we have actually not used anything till now & we are not getting any proper response from them. Instead they should pay us the 3 yrs penalty for not having the club here.


I would suggest you to pls check 100 times before taking their membership as they sell their products only on False promises.


I am planning to go to Consumer forum as net step.Any suggestions are welcomed !
