Not sure if its worth even writing but maybe the collective power of so many which is what this community is about will finally prevail somewhere.....
Nothing unique, at the time of booking I was promised 6 cards (5 adults & 1 child) and now they refuse coz they say their policy only permits 4 adults and 2 children. Its another matter that my form shows 5 adults & 1 child. Unfortunately before I could write the names, the sales person so smartly said not to bother he would fill in the rest and made we write the names separately on a paper.
Second default was the offer of free land with the package. Thankfully I have a letter from them that confirms that it was part of the offer. When I went to check with the office, Surprise!! what should I see but my form has the land cancelled!! So obviously, your form is tampered with once you leave and to hell with the consequences....
Much follow up, back and forth (luckily I have some emails and sms) but ....needless to say nothing happened so far. Just in case people are dealing with these peopel at the Mumbai office pls beware THEY LIE.The GM - Subba Rao, The Sales Manager - Ajay Gupta, Asst Manager - Anand Pandey
Thinking of taking legal action... have told them too but you know what after coming to this site realised they are just immune or rather are so used to this... I wonder how do they continue to work there.... I wonder if they have no shame... are these the stories they share with their families once they get back home, about how they cheat members??? It really makes you wonder what are they made of.... stone I would think.
