CYCBTH has its own style of management and understanding it, with an indian context. Applying the ultimate gita style to the management is apt and Sri Krishna is the Ultimate manager one can ever imagine. Starting from individual perssonality development to mavro level management tasks like leadership has been carefully explained in the book. The ASK principle of success had a link missing with the 2nd chapter which says about people management and then about communication links, at first the in ask principle only attitude is discussed neither the skill nor the knowledge are discussed, so I think they should be discussed at least in brief.

Ever since, I was studying engineering, as I was MBA aspirant it was constantly referred to Arindam Choudary as one of the youngest and eminent Indian management guru and his book “Count your Chickens before they Hatch, ” as one of most inspiring books that every MBA aspirant/student should read, so I took this apt situation not only to read the book to quench my thirst and curiosity, but also that I can share the experience with others. All I had a brief idea of the book before reading was that it was a management book and it can only be understood with high level of vocabulary, contrary to my idea the book is not only for the MBA graduates/management people but for each and every person who wants to lead not just a successful, but also a happy and uncompromised life with simple English.

“Count Your Chickens before They Hatch, ” is mentioned as the CYCBTH by the author throughout the book and in the preface. Author starts with the micro level approach(individual personality development) and then integrates it to macro level approach(nationalized business attitude). Starts with the building up of personal character and then through the touch of human relations then explaining the vital role of communication, not only through words but also with our behavior and about soft skills.
