Cheers and thanks to Prof. Chaudhuri for presenting us Indians with an outstanding tome!

The book stands apart distinctly for its originality and relevance and implications to Indian mindset! Being a fellowship student from IIM B, I have never been exposed to such ideas... that make most western theories look redundant. In fact theory 'i' management that Prof. Chaudhuri propounds is jus not goog for Indians but for species existing in any part of the earth.

The theory convincingly (do not mistake the word theory for book being too subjective... its very readable and interesting with a pinch of humour too) develops a model for situational style of leadership to lead people successfully at any level of organisation.

The book draws examples and inspirations from Mahabharata to explain how Lord Krishna was the best leader ever on earth. The same leader uses the telling style with 'Bhim', selling style with 'Arjun' and delegating style with 'Yudhisthir' for better man management(a much improved leadership model over hershey & blanchard).

The book is extremely readable for even a school student and a good train accompaniment. Its fonts are laid out very comfortably to make it look appealing.

And dont forget to read the reviews at the end of the book by various bigwigs who've attended Prof Arindam's workshops etc. In fact the secret of my fan following for the author started when I listened to him in person in a seminar at Indore. He seemed to be a bigger crowd puller that day than may be even Shahrukh khan. He literally got a standing ovation at the stadium and was called for an encore.

so happy reading and get inspired!
