I am using Corporation Bank from last 3 years But I am really suffering from its bad services in all features of bank.
Phone Bank: Its bad as my personal experiance because many time I am using misscall balance check but most of the time when I give miss call on this no. 09268892688 I m reciveing the reply after 6 houres.
NetBanking: Its moderate Because some of the time net banking also tells server is down and otp is comming late.
ATM Availablity: Its also very bad because from last 6 months the ATM of the HRBR layout Branch is closed most of the time.i.e from 30days its out of cash 29 days.
Customer Service: Its worse compear then other bank beacuse if u got some problem the branch faculties will tell u to ask customer care and customer care will suggest to contact the branch. My problem: I did one transaction of 200 on online recharge but its fail but the online portal give me refund and they give me the RNR number But I went to branch faculties but branch faculties tells me to ask customer care and customer care is suggest to contact the branch.But at last I wont get any solution.
