Banking had been very tough in India which was dominated by the Nationalised Banks. The entire scenario has changed in the last 2-3 years with the entry of new generation Private Sector and Mulinational banks. However, there is one Bank which I find to be much ahead of all the banks in India is Corporation Bank with well trained staff, excellent ambience, best customer service and fabulous products. It is a Public Sector Bank with Multinational Bank's culture and quality. One must try their Housing Loan, Car Loan, CorpClassic Account and other products.
