I have recently been to Copper Chimney at Worli and had one of the worst dining experience... We had gather to celebrate Birthday of a friend. When we asked them to play birthday music while cutting the cake, it took them more than 15 mins to play (by the time cake is finished).
Forget about food, even if you order a glass of water, you will be lucky if you get it within 15 mins. The starters (Paneer Tika & some Alu item, cant recollect name (suggested by the waiter)) were served without chutni..(and without chutni were tasting hell)..the rotis/nans took atleast 20 mins to be served and were served cold (pathetic)…worst it took them 1 hour to get a glass of Pepsi (do they prepare that also)..Do keep aside atleast 3-4 hours if you are planning any party at CC and be ready for rude behavior from staff..
