Coolpad Note 5 features a 5.5 inch display FHD resolution of 1920 x 1080( ~401ppi) with 78% ( screen-to-body ratio) . The phone comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the customised Cool UI 8.0 interface. It is loaded with 4GB RAM along with Qualcomm SD 617 Octacore processor and has a meaty 32 GB of internal storage – expandable to 64GB. Such power specs are reason enough to estimate the utility of this beast of a phone and it didn’t disappoint us either. We were able to run multiple apps with ease and experienced no lag at all.The gaming experience wasn’t a drag either and we experience no heating issues at all while playing all popular games on it.
Coolpad Note 5 has a front facing camera of 8 MP with LED Flash and a 13 MP primary shooter again with LED flash, making it one of those rare phones with a front LED flash. We were able to shoot decentvideos and photos under average light conditions. The quality though not top-of-the-mark but is appreciable given the positioning of the phone. The battery capacity is 4010 mAh which should easily last you for more than a day with moderate usage.
