I entered the Reliance Webworld at Ameerpet Hyderabad and found the advt about Coolpad Dual Sim very interesting and ended buying the same on the spur of the moment with great expectations.
The product is bad and it does not pick up signal easily while indoors both on the GSM and CDMA modes.The service center people obviously refuse to accept your comments on the product.
The handpiece is difficult to configure to your computer with the software they have provided.
The phone does not have WiFi facility, no prompts are displayed while deleting contacts.It is difficult to add or delete contacts as you have to spend time shifting between screens.
The camera is not of good quality.The phone is heavy to carry as well.
The Phone overall looks like it is offering lots of features but you realise that it has failed to provide you with even the basic ones(Receive and Make Calls, Signal Strength, Add and Delete Contacts).
My advice to all is look for products on the Nokia platform as they are tried and tested, reliable, durable and strong and also rightly priced.Even LG, Samsung are good options.
