Cooking can be really cumbersome sometimes and to make it really easy here are some really good and time tested tips and tricks which will make it enjoyable and fun to do activity which will lessen the efforts:


1) whenever making a cake, always crack an egg on a flat surface than the edge of bowl for a perfect crack and by doing this one can make sure that egg shell pieces dont fall into the batter


2) to melt the butter faster try cutting it into small pieces, smaller the piece faster it melts


3) for nice fluffy omelette add a tbsp of milk and whisk it vigorously, which will give the omelette a nice texture


4) to store excess lemon juice put it in the fridge and make ice cubes out of it which can be used whenever required for many days and the juice doesn't spoil


5) to brown onion fast add pinch of sugar while frying them, it hastens the process of browning


6)to sprout the legumes, keep them soaked in water for 10 hours, rinse the water and put all of the legumes in a muslin cloth and tie it and keep them undisturbed for next 12 hours.


7) for keeping ginger garlic mixture for a long time add a tbsp of cooking oil to it and keep it inside the refrigerator.This way it can be used for a longer period .


8)for soft cottage cheese, dip it in warm salty water before putting it in the dish


9)to keep the green colour on the peas intact while boiling add a pinch of sugar to the boiling mix


10)to keep rice soft when reheating, sprinkle some water before reheating.


these are some of the tips which can be really helpful in the daily cooking
